Do you remember how hard it was to get your lover? Now, multiply it by three times since you two have broken up. This is because they know you, don’t really understand you, and you lost a connection along the line of being together.

What is usually the case though is that most people don’t have a clue where to start and they either rush around sending expensive gifts or making a ton of phone calls all of which only serve to push their exs further away.

In order to get win back an ex is to analyze your strategy. Approach the situation in a calm, relaxed manner so you can appear functional. Some ex’s are turned off by expensive gifts or desperate attempts to get their attention when they don’t want you. Take your time and make them want you instead.

If your ex broke things off with you by impulse, let the emotions settle before contacting them about the relationship. Sometimes people need a day off to get their thoughts together. To win an ex back effectively, you have to know what’s going on inside of yourself than inside of their heads.

Concentrate on improving yourself by building your self-esteem as it should be. Do not get depressed, shallow, or develop anger towards your ex. Spend time with friends, family, or colleagues to work out some emotional issues or hard feelings by having fun.

It’s important to consider having fun, but it’s the only way to loosen your mind to get back the one you love. Take your time then move forward in trying to understand the problems you had.

For the same reason looking after your body is key. When you take the time to do some regular exercise and eat well, you begin to feel focused, less confused and defeatist about what you’re going through.

Sometimes you don’t have to join a gym if working out is not your thing; consider joining a book club, going out to a night club once or twice, and staying around people as much as possible. Do something that will keep your blood pumping and your mind off of the break up.

Review your current diet to see what’s keeping you laid back. What foods are causing you to gain a lot of weight? What makes you feel bogged down during the morning hours? Learn how to eat better so you can function at your best every day. By taking care of yourself, you might win back an ex with little effort.

Connect all of these points and you have the beginnings of proven plan to begin the job to win back an ex.
