Want to know a profound truth often overlooked? God wants to bless you with abundance and prosperity. It says so in His Word. Sometimes we think the Bible is only a book about religious stuff but it’s more than that. It speaks of practical matters of utmost importance in our lives today. Ok so we know God wants you rich, now what? Is there a prosperity prayer that will get Solomon’s wealth to your doorstep?

Wait, before you start reciting every prayer you have ever heard,you need to know that its not so much what you say but why and how you say it. God is not after your words or any offering you might give–He wants your heart. He is eager to see you blessed so there is no need to beg for meager resources to get you by. See the whole world as this overflowing abundance of gifts designed with you in mind. Knowing God’s goodness will allow you to trust in His providence for your life.

We have established that God wants to bless your life with abundance and prosperity. Now you need to be in agreement with His promises in the Scriptures. Declare these promises over your life and receive it as His child. Nothing is more powerful than His Word and when you speak it out in faith, a prosperity prayer is made. Here is an example of one:

Abba, I glorify You for who You are to me. There is no God like you, holy and mighty above all, (Luke 1:49) Nothing is too difficult for You. (Jeremiah 32:27) You have given earth to man; (Psalm 115:16; Jeremiah 27:5) And You only want the best for me. (Matthew 7:11; Luke 11:13) To prosper me is your desire (Proverbs 28:35) Because You called me Your beloved. (Jeremiah 31:3; John 1:17; Romans 8:31)

I come to You now boldly because of Your promises, You are God and You are trustworthy to keep Your Word. (Titus 1:2) You can make a way even if in the natural there is no way out. (Joshua 2:10) You empower me to be wealthy, (Deuteronomy 8:18) That will far exceed my expectations. (Ephesians 3:20)

Your very Word is power, (Hebrews 1;3) You have framed the world with It. (Hebrews 11:3) And I expect the same for my own world. Thank You Abba, You are faithful and I trust You. Amen.

Remember, do not feed the negative energy that will come against you in whatever form it chooses to take. When you feel frustrated and impatient that you don’t see anything happening in your life; think of things that you are grateful for and start being thankful for all that you have, even with the smallest blessing. You will find peace of mind and increased favor in all the areas of your life.

Pray this prosperity prayer whenever you can. It is not a formula or a magic charm to get your prosperity. This prayer serves to remind you of the abundant blessings coming your way, thus strengthening your faith. Use other scriptural verses that you feel a connection to you to. What is important is that you understand that you and your household are title holders to the divine prosperity” and its time to claim it today.
