Tips On How To Stay Motivated
Have you every wished you could take back an action and produce a different result? You can’t take actions back, but you can take control of future actions. All actions are a result of emotion; emotions arise as a reaction to a thought. If you think you can’t do something, change your thought about it and you will begin to feel differently. Our thoughts are the powerful driving force behind our actions. So, motivation begins with a thought. Your job is to distinguish whether what you perceive is real or an emotional response to what you believe is real.
Usually, when the going gets rough we take the path of least resistance. It is the easiest thing to do and requires minimal effort. It’s normal to look for the easy way out. However, the path we choose will lead us to overcome challenges or develop negative habits lead us to less than desirable results. This is true even when the path of least resistance appears easiest.
Each of us has to motivate and drive ourselves to actions that will promote good outcomes. In this process, we must try to identify our driving force. Remember to eliminate negativity from your everyday life. I once asked a good friend, and well known speaker, Bob McMinn, how he stays motivated. His response, “I do that which strengthens me.”
That which your mind perceives, it will bring to pass. Your mind and thoughts are very powerful. In reality, you have no idea what you are capable of. At times we each face personal hardship. It seems as if darkness hovers over us. Many people allow themselves to feel helpless. If you allow negativity to become habitual in your life you will begin a downward spiral, but if you take charge of your destiny and embrace challenges, you will find positive results become a common.
When you allow the flow of happiness to become part of your daily routine synchronicity takes over and positive energy begins to surround you. That which you touch becomes golden. The Law of Abundance will begin to bless you daily. Once we take control of our thoughts and emotions, channeling them in positive directions, motivation will come back with the flow.
Synchronicity is that which facilitates the flow of genuine happy events becoming part of your normal routine. Positive energy surrounds you and all good things come your way. The Law of Abundance will bless you. Take control of your thoughts and emotions. Move them in a positive direction and motivation will once again be a factor in your life.
