Many scientists believe that St. John’s Wort is just as effective as many of the antidepressants used today, without the side effects.

Lemon balm originated throughout the Mediterranean and has been used in many parts of the world to help with digestive problems, lower blood pressure, and treat various problems of the nervous system. This herb definitely helps in treating anxiety and panic attacks.

Passion flower is used to treat such problems as insomnia. Since it has a sedative effect on you it is useful to calm nervousness, anxiety and even panic. It is easily available across the world.

A combination of these herbs along with talk therapy you can usually cure your anxiety and panic attacks naturally. Meditation and exercising is also great to add to the combination, and will help you to relieve problems. Meditation used to center the mind, and exercise will burn off the frustration you are feeling.
