The land in which they lived, their beliefs, culture and tradition are the cause for wearing the type of clothes which they used to wear. Many different ornaments and clothes were used by them.

These special clothes were made of animal skin. Today, people are using tribal clothing as fashion. In early days, tribes used to hunt animals and remove their skin for stitching clothes. Today, that trend has changed but desire towards tribe clothes has not changed. People are designing tribal dresses using normal material and not with animal skin.

The clothes that are designed based on tribal clothing are very stylish and fashionable. A cheetah print which is a form of design pattern which comes under military style of clothing is very popular among men. Clothes for women were made from deer or some other animal skin.

Their clothes had special stylish dots and designs. Today, fashion designers are concentrating on women tribal wear. Special designs and dyes are being used for creating tribal women wear. Flattering drape dresses are commonly seen in tribal designs. These drape designs of women are sleeveless.

The main center of attraction in tribal clothes was tattoos and these were applied on dresses to recognize them.

Tribal dresses are unique, and are used at parties, or as a style statement. Most tribes wear similar dresses, so that they can be identified as belonging to one particular group.

The first tribal tattoo originated from a place called Tahiti. For showing respect to good qualities tribal from Samoa used to wear these traditional clothes. The environment, style and culture of the tribal people are represented by modern clothes. Roses and other flowers were used to make clothes for tribal women. Nowadays artificial flower fabrics are used to make the same.
