Where To Live If The 2012 Prophecies Are True? Completely Within Yourself And In Harmony With The Universe
Everywhere you turn, it seems like there is talk of the 2012 prophecies signaling the end of the world. With just three years to go until the Mayan calendar ends, you may ask, where to live if the 2012 prophecies are true? Can any one place be better than others?
One must first realize that the prophecies do not point to the literal end of the world. It is actually about transition, thus signaling not just an end but also a beginning.
According to the Mayans, what changes is not the universe itself but our consciousness within it. This time period in which we are living right now is an opportunity for us to change our path from one which is self-destructive to one which is more open to being one with the universe and everything within it.
Only by making this transition can we move into the new age without experiencing natural disasters. And this transition will only come through spiritual development, turning our culture from one ruled by fear to a harmony based one. Our ability to make that switch will determine whether we disappear as a race or, rather, reach an unprecedented developmental stage.
December 21, 2012 marks the end of the fifth Mayan world and the beginning of the sixth. The Mayans did not give predictions for this sixth world because our fate is unwritten. It is up to us to determine what faces us in the sixth world, a type of nirvana on Earth or the end of our civilization.
Where you should be living when December 21, 2012 arrives is far less important than how you are living. The most important part of preparing for the transition of the world is to make a transition within yourself. Only by working towards your own spiritual enlightenment can the potential for humanity be realized.
That being said, living close to or within a spiritual community is probably the best choice that you can make. This will make it that much easier for you to be focused on your spiritual development. And, in doing so with others, the energetic vibration rises exponentially. There are several places in the world of people who believe in the 2012 prophecies and are preparing themselves for the new age.
There are also certain areas in the world that naturally vibrate at a higher energy level. Even if you are not aware that it is the energy you are feeling, you will feel more peaceful at such places. Examples of energy centers are Nepal and the areas surrounding Cuzco in Peru.
So, where to live if the 2012 prophecies are true? It is not a physical location that you need to find. It is that space within yourself where you are in total spiritual harmony with yourself and all within the universe. What we should learn from the 2012 prophecies is that only through personal spiritual development can we be not only saved but ushered into the new sixth world in a better place and form than ever before.
